If you’re looking for one parking spot in Myrtle Beach where you can find all the hotspots of entertainment within walking distance for your family, The Market Common is your go-to. Just sit back and let us give you all the details on our venues that offer stage and screen, games – and more – for a fun family night out!
Stage Left Theatre Company, 3064 Deville St.
This little live theater company produces performances that make a big statement. Here since 2013, Stage Left has been wowing audiences in their intimate 53-seat black box-style theater that’s staffed by all local volunteer company members. Their mission is to entertain the community with great theatre, which includes a creative schedule like the upcoming “Sex Please, We’re Sixty” Oct. 4-20 and “Untitled Christmas Show” Nov. 29-Dec. 16, an original production by artistic director Garrett Michael McCann.
Grand 14 Cinema, 4002 Deville St.
Take in the latest flick in our luxe movie theater that features more than 2,600 leather stadium rocker seats laid out in front of 14 fully expanded wall-to-wall screens that pump out movies in state-of-the-art Digital Dolby and DTS sound. Not only does Grand 14 feature all the recent Hollywood hits, but also hosts special events like the Sensory-Friendly Series, which adjust auditorium lights and sound for those on the autism spectrum; Flashback Cinema, featuring classic films from our childhood on the big screen; and Discount Tuesday, offering $5 admission after 6 p.m., plus discounts on concessions.
810 Billiards & Bowling, 1220 Moser Drive
This brand-new venue is a bowling alley on steroids, with 14 sleek standard lanes (and six boutique size lanes), six billiard tables, foosball, darts, board games, corn hole, air hockey, table tennis, shuffleboard and walls of arcade games. If that’s not enough, there’s live music, two bars, and lunch, dinner and happy hour menus that go way beyond the average bowling alley grub, with brick oven pizzas, sliders, sandwiches, salads, wings and more.
