We visited this location last night, for my birthday. I called at 11am to make a reservation for 6:00pm, the lady informed me that they didn’t have anything before 6:30pm. I took the 6:30pm reservation for 10 people. We arrived at 6:20pm and I checked in at the front desk, she told me it would be a couple minutes to get the table together which was fine considering I was 10 minutes early. 15 minutes went by and I asked about our table, hostess said they were waiting for a big party to leave so they could clean the table and give it to us. 25 minutes went by and still the same story. Finally at 7:10 we got seated. 40 minutes after my reservation. What is the point of a reservation if you’re going to make me wait 40 minutes anyways? All walk ins were being seated within 15-25 minutes from checking in. When I brought this up to several employees they just brushed me off like it wasn’t a big deal. Happy birthday to me I guess. My suggestion is not to make a reservation and expect them to stick to it. No one even apologized.

Lived up to expectations and was very tasty. Recommend this restaurant if you like Asian food and who doesn't. Very good service.

Service... amazing. Food always the best! No one minded our kids excitement because it's not quiet or stuff shirted. It's pleasant though. We loved it. (And dessert was yummy!)

Been going here for years. Usually, I get dinner, after 4:30 PM and later. 90 % of the time, I have been delighted, except for a few servers who dropped the ball. At this visit, I was there around 12 noon. I ordered an entree, which I thought was lunch, but they served and charged me the dinner item at 12 noon !! I did not specify dinner, but it was lunch time. The server never asked me if I wanted a lunch or dinner portion. Strange. She was nice, but seemed new, by her lack of detail, like not clearing off plates, etc. The manager was nice about it, but the server should ask, and not assume you want dinner at 12 noon, which everyone knows is lunchtime !
