10TH ANNUAL COASTAL 5K AND DOGGIE DASH Over 3500 runners take over Myrtle Beach every fall in three fun races that span across this beautiful city! In addition to the Half-Marathon, two of the events center on The Market Common, a 5K race around the district (see map below) and a 1-mile dog run around Grand Lake. The Market Common Complimentary Hayrides

New for this fall, The Market Common will be offering complimentary hayrides each Tuesday in October from 5 – 8 PM.  Meet the wagon on the corner of Reed and Deville Streets across from the Grand 14 Theater, in front of The Uncommon Chocolatier.  While you wait, a balloon artist will create balloon art for you to enjoy.  Make this your new fall family tradition. This is a weather-permitting event.

The Market Common Hometown Halloween

Join us for a spectacular Hometown Halloween at the Market Common! The Headless Coachman returns for another Halloween ride on October 31st, from 5 - 8 PM. Climb aboard for a Complimentary Carriage Ride around The Market Common to enjoy all the festivities and costumed folk, young and old, from a unique vantage point.
