
Kids’ (9-12) Yoga @ Yoga In Common
Young yogis will learn basic essentials of being on the yogic path! Each class offers a fun warm-up flow, music, playful asana games, mindfulness and breathing exercises and will touch on themes like loving-kindness, listening to your body’s needs, and more.
A 4-week kids’ yoga program on Mondays in April*, 5:00-5:00 pm for 9–12-year-olds. Children learn different poses, Sanskrit words, meditation, and more. Each week will be a new skill.
