The OM Opportunity

This is a beautiful opportunity for women to gather and experience gentle yoga movements, breathing techniques that help with stress and anxiety as well as generally refreshing the body, and great conversations around ancient wisdom that helps you to be a better you. Facilitated by Janeen Anderson, RYT200. Curated for BIPOC women and allies ages 25-60. $10 per session.  Bring a friend!
